Gusset envelopes are designed to expand, allowing you to mail or store larger or thicker items than a standard envelope. They are often used in business settings for mailing important documents or promotional materials that may not fit in a standard envelope.

Gusset envelopes are available in a variety of sizes and materials to suit a range of needs. They typically have a fold-out section on either side, allowing the envelope to expand and hold bulkier items. Some gusset envelopes also feature a self-seal adhesive strip for easy sealing.

Gusset envelopes can be made from a range of materials including paper, cardstock, and polyethylene. They may also feature various closure options, such as self-adhesive strips, peel-and-seal, or traditional gummed flaps.

Gusset envelopes are special envelopes designed to expand or stretch to accommodate bulky or thick contents. Unlike regular flat envelopes, gusset envelopes have an extra flap or pleat on the sides, which allows them to expand like an accordion. This feature makes them incredibly useful for mailing items that can’t fit comfortably in standard envelopes, such as books, catalogs, reports, or thick stacks of paper.
